Bluebird’s rear mounted seed hoppers provide the best possible seed germination. The seed is dropped after the turf is tilled by the unit’s delta blade. In comparison to competitors, the seed drop agitator is a belt driven direct drive instead of wheel driven front drop units that can slip in wet conditions and leave non-uniform seed patterns.

The 18” Sod Cutters are designed to make even the toughest jobs quick and easy.
The SC550 and SCG550 feature a 5-speed gear selection including two cutting speeds and two transport speeds. They also offer features like reverse gear and 4-wheel drive for improved traction and stability – not available on competitive units!
The pistol-style handle arrangement increases operator comfort, while the easy blade engage handle significantly reduces the effort required to lower the blade into the ground.
