Round Kettle Fryers
Durable and easy to use, Giles’ Round Kettle Fryers are all you need for fried chicken success, except the chicken. Available in several electric and a gas (natural or propane) model, the GEF series of electric Kettle Fryers can cook between 40 to 72 pieces of fried chicken quickly and easily, delivering maximum profits with minimum effort and expense. The GEF series Utilizes non-pressurized frying to produce delicious crisp and moist fried chicken every time.
These models features a user-friendly electronic cooking Controller, occupies limited space, and is easy to clean and simple to maintain. Equipped with heavy-duty casters for convenient mobility, auto-Basket lift raises product at end of cook cycle, preventing over-cooking, and convenient on-board oil filtration makes oil filtering a snap.

Available in counter-top, free-standing and overhead models, there are a variety of widths for your air filtration needs and kitchen configurations. Ventless Recirculating Hoods feature Giles’ proven ventless technology and eliminates need for expensive roof modifications and ductwork. It satisfies grease-laden vapor removal requirements for a variety of electric ovens, conveyor ovens and rotisseries, and can typically be installed where a conventional ventilation hood solution is prohibited or too costly for the budget.
The hoods feature a 3 or 4-stage air filtration system with baffle grease filter, electrostatic air cleaner, and activated carbon filter. Optional UV Lamp system is available to provide added air sanitizing action.
Square-Vat Single Fryers

Cook a variety of fried food products quickly and easily, from the open VAT fryer to the multi-purpose fryer, we have a model to meet your food cooking necessities. Featuring slim designs, their small footprints occupy on a small amount of floor space. These models are equipped with casters for convenient mobility and are narrow enough to roll through any standard door opening.
Square-Vat Ventless Fryers

Durable and easy to use, cook great food while your customer watches. Curved glass doors and brightly illuminated cooking compartment offer a panoramic view of product as it cooks, providing an added merchandising benefit as customers are naturally drawn to the mouth-watering food. Limitless versatility is built into each Giles Rotisserie. In addition to chicken, specialty items such as shish kabobs, fish and beef can easily be added to the menu and cooked in full view.
Consistent results are assured each time you cook in a Giles Rotisserie, due to a perfect blending of convection heating and rotisserie cooking. The self-basting effect of the rotisserie keeps natural juices sealed in and allows for minimal weight loss. A convenient built-in meat probe ensures products are cooked to perfection. Available with either spit rods or hanging baskets, spits are stainless steel and baskets are non-stick, making clean-up a breeze.
A one-of-a-kind, self-serve, lighted Holding Cabinet, ideal for holding rotisserie chicken, or various other prepared foods, at proper serving temperature prior to sale. The remarkable Giles Holding Cabinet is designed to accommodate stacking of a Giles RT-5 Rotisserie (sold separately) on its top. The combination of these two units provides a beautiful display of mouth-watering foods as they are being cooked and then presents them to customers ready for purchase.
Only 34-3/8” wide, the RT-5 Holding Cabinet is designed to fit in limited space. The unit features three (3) self-serve shelves with a pass-through design. Product is loaded from the rear and front glass doors at each shelf allow customers to help themselves, freeing the deli staff for their other duties. The warmer displays the product in full view to your customers and allows flexibility in serving options.
Durable and easy to use, Giles Landing Tables offer multi-functional workspace for all your food handling, landing and transport needs. Choose between available models, a portable dump station for holding cooked product immediately after unloading from a fryer, or unique multi-functional foodservice equipment can be used as a cart, dump station, or prep table.
The Giles Heated Merchandiser (GHM) is designed with flexibility in mind. Available in 3, 5, or 7-Wells, the pan layouts can be configured to maximize the number of items presented to your customers, while keeping them fresh and at the proper serving temperature until served. Both full-serve and self-serve models are available.
GHM models feature separate temperature controls for each well, with both bottom and overhead heat for a consistent all-around holding temperature. Economical fluorescent lighting illuminates your products drawing customer’s attention to them. The GHM Merchandisers are available with either clear or mirror-tint side glass and rear sliding doors. Steam table pans are not included, but can be ordered separately.
Clean and green, Giles’ environmental exhaust hoods are non-recirculating type 1 hoods, with a 4-stage air filtration system with electrostatic collection and odor control. Available in 60” and 72” models, The innovative design of the Giles Environmental Hood cleans kitchen exhaust air before discharging it into the outside environment. Not only is the community’s air quality improved, but the roof and exterior building surfaces will remain cleaner as well.
This unit is a unique Type-1, stainless steel hood that features Giles’ proven Electrostatic Air Cleaning technology, capable of meeting grease-laden vapor removal requirements for a variety of foodservice equipment and applications, including gas appliances.
The Hoods comes with piping, plenum discharge nozzles, fusible link brackets and cable conduit factory installed in the hood; piping and conduit are stubbed out and ready for connection to a fire suppression system. Final installation, charging and testing of the system must be performed by an authorized fire protection agent. Purchase of external system components and cost of installation and testing is not included with hood purchase and is the responsibility of the purchaser.
The Hoods must be connected to an external exhaust fan and ductwork system that discharges to the outside atmosphere. It is recommended that a certified ventilation professional be consulted to specify proper fan and duct. This is not included with hood purchase.
Breading & Batter Tables
Giles portable Breading and Batter Station, complete with pans and manual sifter to prepare fresh chicken for frying.
Preparing fresh chicken for frying has never been simpler than with the Giles Portable Breading and Batter Table (BBT). This complete cabinet-style unit features a canted shelf to hold a food tote of marinated chicken and a batter dip pan with a spring loaded, hinged basket to dip pieces into the batter mixture and then dump them directly into the large pan of breading; preparation made quick and easy.
The breading pan features a bottom cutout with removable plug. Used breading is dumped directly into the manual sifter below without removing the pan. Once sifted, dough balls are discarded and reclaimed breading is easily poured back into the pan. The removable tray can be attached to the BBT side, providing a convenient place to stage breaded product for loading into the fryer.
The stainless steel Pans easily slide in and out to allow for quick and easy clean up. The BBT comes complete with steel pans, dunking basket, (2) food totes, (1) tote lid, large colander, canted shelf, manual sifter, sifter table and staging tray.
Waste Oil Handling
The versatile Giles Portable Oil Caddy is a durable and sturdy container for safely handling waste shortening. Pump used shortening from your fryers into the stainless steel Oil Caddy for easy transport to your recycling tank for disposal.
The manual rotary pump can handle fresh, as well as used shortening. When extraction of oil is required, reverse the flow by simply turning the pump crank handle in the opposite direction. No electrical outlet or cumbersome extension cords are needed when using the Giles Oil Caddy.
Large wheels make maneuvering the unit a snap and its portability makes it flexible and efficient, saving you time and money. It’s the perfect means for handling your waste cooking oil.
