After joining the company in a sales support role in 1991, Mr. Canellas worked his way up through the sales ranks before being named group manager for Dorian Drake’s Hardware/Lawn & Garden Group in 2002, a position he has held since.

Similar to Mr. Canellas, Mr. Sauer started his career in a sales support role in 1995 and climbed the sales ranks before being named group manager for Dorian Drake’s Automotive Group in 2003.

Mr. Diaz, having joined the company in 1999 as an IT network administrator, earned a promotion in 2008 to IT manager and an expansion into his current role as manager of IT & marketing services in 2009.
