White Plains, New York (March 21, 2011) – Dorian Drake International’s foodservice group has announced the promotion of Richard King Teh to the position of Asia Pacific regional manager. The appointment took effect just prior to last month’s NAFEM show in Orlando, Florida. Based in Manila, The Philippines, Teh now assumes responsibility for Dorian Drake’s operations throughout the region, which include sales offices in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Zhuhai, China. He joined Dorian Drake as an Asia Pacific area manager in September 2009. |

Joe Arcovio, manager of Dorian Drake’s foodservice group, said Teh will be tasked with driving the group’s strategy in the region. “Over the course of his career, Richard has consistently excelled at developing distribution in Asia, whether it be through traditional channels or multi-store chains. His product knowledge and his knowledge of Chinese language and culture will also be a big benefit to our manufacturer clients and our customers.” Added Ed Dorian Jr., Dorian Drake’s president, “ Richard adds a level of local direction and support for all our of sales personnel in the region.
